It was the perfect happy read. I hardly knew anything about the characters because everything is being told to the reader.

This book is set in the modern times. You never know where they are going to do next. The most exciting and also most annoying part of the book to me was the moped incident If you like CC, you might like this. I just couldn’t get into this book. I’m into too much McDreamy and McSteamy that any fictional doctors will always surely come up short in comparison.

I picked this up because it was a romance featuring a doctor. I thought the female lead was a little bit ridiculous at some points in the book.

Jun 02, Lindsay rated it did not like it. Kind of stereotypical with alog “free-spirit” serendipity alfo and the “conservative” methodical man. All the dialogue and setting is dated as can be expected. Despite gagging on the excessive cheesiness it was still an easy enough ctherine, its part two of a set though I don’t think it would hurt to read it alone Chelsea who is a romance writer and David who is a Doctor are set up on a date and find the they have nothing at all in common except this wild chemistry between them.

Chelsea is an Historical Romance bodice ripper author from California. It was easy to cathsrine, but I found the story itself quite annoying. I did and I don’t think reading the first book would have changed anything except maybe I would not have read this second book!!
